General terms and conditions for rental objects

• All rental units are completely furnished. The Mobil-Home Vacanciale most Safari tents have no sanitary facilities.
  
• Bed linen is not included in the rent. These should be self supplied, or can be rented at the reception for 9,00 Euro per person (reservation necessary).
• Reservation of a rental object is only effective after a deposit of 150 Euro per week to be reserved + 15.00 Euro reservation costs. After receipt of these amounts, we will send you a reservation confirmation with reservation number. (without this confirmation you will NOT have a reservation) The tenant must pay the remaining amount of the rent on arrival.
  
• All Mobil-Homes and Safari tents can be entered at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the Mobil-Home or Safari tent must be vacated by 10:00 am.
  
• In case of late arrival, which has not been notified to the campsite reception, the payment will retain its value until 24 hours after the booked arrival date.
• Until two months before the date of arrival, 75% of the down payment will be refunded in case of cancelation.
• One car per rental unit is allowed. All extra cars must be parked outside the camping.
• At arrival we ask for 100 Euros cash in security. This will be paid back at the end of your visit if the rental unit is left whole and clean.
• Pets are permitted if they sleep in their own baskets. Pets are not permitted  on the beds or seats.  Dogs must be leashed and let out outside the camping.
• The camper/client is responsible for having insurance against theft or illness. The camping accepts no responsibility for this.
• Conditions set down by the authorities:
  -   vaccination card mandatory for pets
  - barbecueing permitted only on gas or electricity, not on coals, charcoal, wood or similar
• Cleaning fee (optional): 50,00 Euro.
